The wine cellar, with walls of adobe of more than 100 years, was carefully restored preserving the Chilean colonial style. This marks the birth of Millaman: combining the family tradition and wine heritage of the area with modern technology.
With a capacity of one million liters, it is designed to produce the highest quality wines and to handle small batches of grapes in stainless steel tanks of 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 liters.
Our underground cellar has a storage capacity of 250 barrels where our high-end lines are aged. From each harvest, we keep witness bottles in order to maintain the standards of quality and consistency of the future harvests.
