Description

This Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from vineyards planted in 1940 at the foot of the Andes Mountains, reflects its unique terroir. The geological soils and pure environment allow for concentrated, high-quality grapes. Its deep red color with violet hues is complemented by aromas of blackberries, ripe plums, and a spicy touch. On the palate, it is juicy, with silky tannins and excellent structure. Aged for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, it enhances its complexity. It is ideal for pairing with red meats, aged cheeses, and dishes with intense sauces.
