Description

Paya Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a vineyard planted in 1959 in San Jorge, Los Niches, known for its balance and age. The valley's climatic conditions, influenced by the Andes mountain range, allow for a slow and complete ripening of the grapes, resulting in a wine with great character. On the nose, it stands out with concentrated red fruits, plum, clove, white pepper, and graphite. Its 24-month aging in French oak adds complexity, mature tannins, and a long, elegant, and persistent finish.
